A teleprompter for Mac and iPhone. The text sits right next to the camera and scrolls as you speak, so you read while looking into the lens.
Why a teleprompter in the notch?
With a regular teleprompter your eyes drop to the text, and the camera shows it. NotchIt puts the text right by the lens, so your eyes stay on it.
Moves only while you speak
ה-v2.0 ב-Q3 2027
Hebrew and English on one line
Hidden from screen sharing
Three things work together: the script you wrote, your voice, the camera in front of you. The text follows what you say, and your eyes stay on the lens.
What NotchIt does
It follows your voice, shows your slide notes, records videos and works with your iPhone. All in one app.
Launch set for Q3 2027, up 15%
Voice tracking
The text knows where you are in your script.
NotchIt recognizes each word you say, finds it in your script and scrolls the text to it. Skipped a sentence? It finds you. Stopped to think? It waits.
Your voice is never sent to a server.
Recognizes words that start with ו, ה, ב or ש, and words without vowel marks.
Say “twenty twenty-seven” and it finds 2027 in your script.
Filler words don’t move the text.
On video calls
Ready when the call starts.
Hidden when you share.
NotchIt opens on its own when your camera turns on, and isn’t captured when you share your screen.

Hidden from screen sharing
Zoom, Teams, Meet and screen recordings don’t capture the text. Settings has a check that shows this on your own Mac.
Opens when the camera turns on
When your camera turns on for a call, your script appears on its own. You can link a script to a meeting’s time.
Splits text into short lines
Paste regular text, and NotchIt splits it into short lines you can read at a glance.
Also in the app
Slides, recording and iPhone
Tools for everything around the reading itself.
Slide notes in the notch
In PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, you see the speaker notes of the slide you’re on. In PowerPoint and Keynote the slide changes on its own when you reach the next slide’s notes.
Recording studio
Record each part in several takes, keep the best one and export a 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 video, with captions of what you actually said.

Hebrew, English and numbers on one line
In many apps, mixing Hebrew with English and numbers scrambles the order: numbers flip and the percent sign jumps to the other side. NotchIt shows every line in the right order.

Questions and answers
1What is the notch?
The black cutout at the top of newer MacBook screens, where the camera is. NotchIt shows your text right below it.
2Can people on the call see the text?
No. The text is shown in a window that macOS leaves out of screen sharing and screen recording. NotchIt’s Settings have a check that captures your screen and shows the text isn’t picked up.
3Is my voice sent anywhere?
No. Speech recognition runs on the device itself, Mac or iPhone: in Apple’s engine, or in a Hebrew Whisper model you download once.
4What if my Mac has no notch?
The text appears in a floating window you can move and resize. It’s also hidden from screen sharing and also follows your voice.
5Does it work in English?
Yes. NotchIt detects which language your script is in and listens in that language. English scripts go to Apple’s engine, the fastest for English.
6Can I control NotchIt from my iPhone?
Yes. After pairing once, your iPhone opens and closes the notch on your Mac, pauses and resumes, jumps to a paragraph and changes slides. It shows the line your Mac is reading, and you can edit the script from it. NotchIt opens when your Mac starts, so your iPhone can always find it.
7How do I add a script?
Paste text, or import a Word, PDF, text or RTF file. You can also import the speaker notes from a PowerPoint deck.
Write to us at tamir1910@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you.
